I have always had a deep interest in personal growth and development, and I have been working in this  space for over 15  years.  I love learning new tools & techniques to help me improve myself and others.  I am a wife,  mom, pet owner, nature lover, runner and reader. I am also a certified Yoga Teacher,  enjoy travelling, meeting new people and seeing new places. My mission is to help everyone reach their full potential and change their lives.

What is the Bravery Lab?

The Bravery Lab was developed to help others reach their full potential. We offer a variety of programs, challenges and courses in the Bravery Lab to help you become more confident, show up better for yourself and others, and realize your full potential. There are online courses, you can work 1:1 with me, and there are corporate options! I am a certifed yoga instructor, and I incorporate wellness, movement and mediation into my courses and events.  We all are striving to become the best version of ourselves and within this community we help you to do just that.

Designed For:
Everyone

Description:
Need to dig deeper, and look further into yourself to become who you were meant to be? Bravery School is designed for you to complete at your own pace, which typically takes 8-10 weeks.

 

 

 

Youth & Teen Bravery School

Designed For:
Teens & youth, both boys and girls

Description:
Giving teens & youth the tools and techniques to help them grow as individuals from a young age. Depending on their age, this can be completed with or without a parent. Topics include self worth, affirmations, peer pressure and more.

 

 

 

Be Brave Course

Designed For:
Women, men, teens, young adults

Description:
Embracing yourself as you are, leaning into your self confidence, self worth and expectations we have for ourselves.
